SPINNING & PILATES CLASSES SCHEDULE
The Dayton Squash Center is offering Spinning & Pilates classes taught by Certified Instructor Rebecca Combs. Spinning is a high-intensity aerobic work-out using our top of the line LeMond stationary exercise bikes. For more information on Spinning, click on this link.
Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs adn a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good postrue and easy, gracefull movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain. CLASS SCHEDULE (continuing until further notice):
- Spinning - Monday Evening Class (5:30 - 6:30 PM) - CONFIRMED
- Pilates - Wednesday Evening Class (6 - 7:00 PM) - CONFIRMED
- Spinning - Thursday Evening Class (5:30 - 6:30 PM) - CONFIRMED
- Pilates - Friday Lunch-time Class (12:30 - 1:30 PM) - CONFIRMED
Cost: Spinning class is $5 per session for DSC Members/$7 for non-members (billed at the end of the month) and Pilates class is $ 8 per session for DSC Members/$10 for non-members (billed at the end of the month).
