Corporate Memberships

at the Dayton Squash Center

The Dayton Squash Center is offering Dayton Children's a chance to participate in our Corporate Membership Discount Program. Dayton Children's Doctors, Residents, employees, and staff may join our squash club on a month to month basis, at a very discounted monthly rate*, and with no initiation fee.

Dayton Children's Employee members can participate in all the programs at the Dayton Squash Center, including the Tuesday Night New Players clinic and Tuesday & Thursday round robin nights, where there are many players of different levels. We also have ZUMBA, PILATES, and SPINNING classes that are open to all members (schedules & sign-ups on the website).

The Dayton Squash Center has a full service pro shop on site and offers free loaner equipment. We look forward to helping you play this fun, athletic sport that is an excellent fitness opportunity.

Please fill out the membership agreement below and then register for the website on the home page and then we can contact you about your membership and the programs available at the Dayton Squash Center.

Payment Options:

Dayton Children's Corporate members who join the Dayton Squash Center via the "Employee Discount Program" can pay their monthly dues by credit card by filling in the information below or elect to be billed monthly.

Liability/Waiver of Claims: Each participant hereby expressly agrees that all use of the Dayton Squash Center’s (DSC) facilities shall be undertaken at the member’s sole risk, and DSC shall not be liable for injuries or damages to participants, members or guests, including, without limitation, those injuries or damages resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of DSC, its owners, officers and assignees, or agents.  Each member, for himself/herself and family members, and on behalf of his/her executors, administrators and assignees, expressly releases and forever discharges and indemnifies the DSC, its successors and assignees, as well as its owners, officers and employees and agents, from all such claims, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action.  Further, it is agreed that DSC is not responsible or liable to members or their guests, for articles or possessions lost, stolen or damaged including their automobiles and contents thereof.
